The Lakeside worship ministry began in July of 1977, when 12 people attended the first service in the parking lot of Deal’s Marina on Lake Wateree. Over the years, the outdoor services continued to grow, attracting worshippers from many churches around the area. In 2004, Lakeside finally secured its own outdoor grounds when two lots at Windward Pointe on Lake Wateree were donated to LHPC, and the Lakeside services have been held here ever since. Services take place each Sunday from the beginning of June through Labor Day Weekend from 9-10 AM. Lakeside also hosts a Sunrise Service every Easter Sunday at 7 AM, rain or shine.

The Lakeside Pavilion is located at 52 Nautical Drive, Camden, South Carolina. Come join us for worship and bask in the beauty of the Lord’s creation. Some chairs are available, but it is recommended that you bring your own. Services also feature a children’s sermon followed by Children’s Church.

During the summer, any undesignated cash offerings and checks designated for Lakeside Ministries will be split amongst the following charities that we are proud to support:
